Eul Darran Soriano serves as the CRM Manager for Valor Collective, where he oversees CRM systems, lead management, and backend operations that keep the team organized and efficient. Based in the Philippines, Eul brings an analytical and detail-oriented approach to his work, supported by his academic background in BS Economics, majoring in Monetary and Financial Economics.

In his role, Eul ensures that leads are properly managed, information remains accurate, and backend systems and workflows operate smoothly. He also spearheads marketing and social media initiatives for One Real Move – From the Badge to the Beach, a relocation program helping veterans, first responders, frontline workers, and retired professionals explore opportunities to relocate anywhere in the United States.

Outside of work, Eul enjoys playing pickleball and traveling to various beaches across the Philippines. His adaptability, creativity, and appreciation for new experiences complement his professional approach and commitment to building efficient systems and meaningful client experiences.
